🌲 What to Bring for Forest Bathing
In the forest, it tends to be cooler, and since we won't be moving vigorously, please dress warmer than you think you’ll need—as if you were planning to take a nap in the woods (that’s the vibe!).
Recommended:
The terrain is gentle, but if you have any concerns about stability, feel free to bring hiking poles—I’ll also have some available to borrow. Let me know if you have mobility concerns. Our walk will be slow and mindful, covering about 1 kilometre over an hour.
🎶 What to Bring for Sound Bathing
Please bring:
No experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to be present.

Warmly,
Beth and Lisa
