Awakening Into Stillness: A Spring Forest and Sound Retreat


As spring unfolds, pause and be held by nature and sound in this gentle afternoon of Forest Bathing and Sound Bathing.


Awakening into Stillness is a gentle afternoon retreat combining guided Forest Bathing and Sound Bathing, designed to support rest, renewal, and a deeper connection with the living world around you. 


Through mindful invitations outdoors in the spring woods and moving inside to sink into the soothing vibrations of sound, you’ll be guided into a state of calm presence—awakening your senses while settling your nervous system.


This retreat is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and be held by both nature and sound as the season of growth begins. 

No experience is necessary—just curiousity and a willingness to slow down.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and softly reawakened.

This Forest Bathing Retreat  invites you to step away from the pace of daily life and immerse yourself fully in the sights, sounds, and stillness of the natural world.

With more time, the experience unfolds at a deeper level. You’ll be guided through simple practices that awaken the senses, help release stress, and invite connection—with yourself, with others, and with the living landscape around you. Savour the time that allows space for lingering, reflection, and restoration in ways that a shorter experience  can’t always provide.


This is a chance to let the landscape  hold you a little longer, so you can carry its calm and clarity with you when you leave.  And still,  lots of free time to enjoy your choice of other wonderful activities as well.
