Have a trail waiting to be certified?

Do you believe in the healing power of the forest?

Do you imagine a path beckoning guests into your woods? Do you yearn to share the hidden spots on your property that invite deeper engagement of and connection to nature through all your senses?

Immersing in nature nurtures clarity, creativity, wonder, rejuvenation and an infusion of peaceful calm. This is Forest Bathing.

Having wandered in the woods all my life, I would be honoured to help you design and create a Forest Bathing Trail, highlighting and enhancing the natural gifts of your property, in all seasons.

I live in Barrie, Ontario, Canada and delight in discovering safe pathways into the healing woods of Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada. I have a Master’s of Education and am certified through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Organization.

Click here to check out a trail I designed at Scandinave Spa, Blue Mountains, Ontario Canada.

Are you a Land Manager who is wondering how a Forest Bathing Trail will enhance your property, expand and deepen your client experience and reflect your orientation to wellness in nature? Let’s chat!

A quiet threshold into the new year...

The new year offers a quiet threshold...                           An invitation to move gently, to pause, and to reconnect. Through nature connection, we support our own resilience while honouring the wellbeing of the Earth. Small, intentional moments outdoors can ripple outward—restoring balance within us and contributing to the healing of our shared home.
