Include the flexibility of shorter walks tailored for multiple groups and question-and-answer or information sessions on the documented health benefits of Forest Bathing.
While sheltering-in-place, through zoom, immerse yourself in a deepened connection to others, self, and if possible, the More than Human World, from the safety, comport and privacy of your own home, balcony, backyard or favourite greenspace.
